At our main location, we not only offer golf cart rentals and sales, and more recently E-bike rentals and sales, but we recently received a shipment of our newest product for sale – the Orca reverse trike autocycle. Like many of our vehicles, the Orca is a street legal vehicle that comes with a 17-digit VIN number already in place. All you’ll need to get on the road is a tag and a title. Unlike other vehicles we have available, the Orca is different in that it can drive on the highway – its max speed is approximately 74mph! An autocycle is a three-wheeled vehicle with two wheels in the front and one in the back, different from a motorcycle in that it has a seat inside rather than on top. Our Orca reverse trike is similar to the Polaris Slingshot, a very popular autocycle that is often seen around the south Florida area, particularly around Fort Lauderdale.

Orca Reverse Trike Specifications

All Aluma carts have custom three-tone seats (for example, a red cart will likely have black, white, and red seats – most other custom golf cart seats are two-tone instead), a thick tinted folding windshield, 4 wheel hydraulic disc brakes, a state of charge meter, and a high/low switch. This switch is for climbing and can be flipped between a higher speed for travelling along roads with a less than 26 degree incline, and a slower speed for climbing a higher than 26 degree incline. Another feature of the Aluma golf cart is its folding back foot rest – the foot rest on the back of the cart can be folded up for extra storage space by pushing it in and using the rear seatbelts to hold it in place.
While most golf carts have a 4KW motor, Aluma golf carts have a powerful 5KW 48V AC motor, and feature a 400 amp programmable Curtis controller with regenerative braking – meaning that the energy used while slowing the cart is harnessed and used to help recharge and preserve the battery level. Aluma golf carts are also unique in that they have the largest golf car cabin in their class, making the Aluma cart ideal for drivers and passengers who are tall with its wide open space for leg room. Another feature is the folding rear footrest – the footrest on the back of the cart can be folded in to make the cart shorter, creating more space for storage. The back armrests on the cart also open for small storage space, and the back seats fold down to create a flat surface for transporting materials. Underneath the back seats is also another storage compartment, with a removable cover.

As low speed vehicles (LSVs), Evolution golf carts all come with a 17-digit VIN number, and features standard to regular cars like head lights, tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals, which allows them to be registered as LSVs and become street legal. When a cart is street legal, it is able to be driven on any public road with a posted speed limit of 35mph or less. Evolution golf carts can reach a maximum speed of 24mph, and come standard with a high-capacity lithium battery, able to travel up to approximately 80-100 miles on a charge. With an Evolution lithium battery – also made by Evolution -, it can take as little as 2 hours to charge the cart, depending on the size of the battery.
Kodiak golf cart is unique in the golf cart industry, in that each one has the largest golf car cabin in its class, making it ideal for drivers and passengers who are tall with its wide open space for leg room. Another feature is the folding rear footrest – the footrest on the back of the cart can be folded in to make the cart shorter, creating more space for storage. Kodiak golf carts are available in two body styles – the Defender and the Apex. Both carts have the same premium features and can travel up to 25mph, and differ in the shape of their bodies. The Apex has a more triangle shape to its front end, with a hexagon pattern across the grill structure in front, while the Defender is more squared and has a chrome grill.
